Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment.
• Previous server experience highly desirable.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and some holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and take/run beverage orders per timing, recipe, and service standards.
• Make accurate pours and manage POS orders.
• Interact with guests to build relationships and drive guest satisfaction.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and keep a clean, organized bar area.
• Know the menu and speak about it Knowledgeably from memory.
• Collect payments and handle cash accurately.
