Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for payments.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• RBS or similar certification for responsible alcohol service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests at the bar in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests to make recommendations based on preferences.
• Maintain an organized, clean bar area and stock supplies.
• Operate bar equipment and process orders via POS.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and alcohol service regulations.
