Job summary

Cantina Contramar at Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Bus Person to maintain the bar area, clear tables, and provide support to bartenders and servers for a seamless guest experience.

You will greet guests, assist with seating, restock glassware, and work during nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced upscale environment while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous bus person or similar role in an upscale bar/restaurant is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy trays or bus tubs.
• Effective communication and friendly, approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
• Collect used glassware and dishware and deliver for cleaning.
• Keep bar counter clean and organized; clear glasses and bar accessories.
• Assist bartenders and servers by delivering drinks and replenishing water.
• Set up tables with glassware, napkins, and utensils according to standards.
• Greet guests, assist with seating, and respond to requests courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and surroundings.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Support during peak hours or events and adapt to higher demand.
