Responsibilities

• Maintains bar setup and stocks garnishes, beverages, and supplies daily.
• Greets guests and records drink orders; prepares drinks per recipes.
• Inputs orders into POS and balances all charges at close.
• Receives cash and ensures accuracy of transactions.
• Locks and stores equipment and assists with close procedures.
• Adheres to state and corporate alcohol-service requirements.
