Position Overview

RLCA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Upper School Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a mixed Middle and High School position focused on teaching 8th Grade Science and High School Geometry.

We are looking for someone who loves teaching, leads with a strong Christian faith, and connects well with students at both the middle and high school level. This role focuses on teaching upper school subjects while also nurturing students’ spiritual growth.

Background Screening Requirement

All candidates considered for employment with Real Life Christian Academy are required to complete a fingerprint-based background screening in accordance with Florida Department of Education requirements. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all required screenings and clearances.
