NOW Healthcare Recruitment seeks an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in upper extremity care for Statesville, NC, about 40 minutes from Charlotte. Join a small group with two other orthopedic surgeons in a collaborative, employed role.

The position offers a mix of clinic and operative days, shared call, and exposure to a network of practices. Cerner is used for the electronic medical record system.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Orthopaedic Surgery; current BLS certification.
• NC Medical License and DEA eligible.
• No board sanctions or actions in last 10 years.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating to ensure positive patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Orthopedic Surgeon - Upper Extremity; Wrist/Elbow/Shoulder surgery.
• Location: Statesville, NC (40 mins from Charlotte).
• Employed position with 2 other Orthopedic Surgeons.
• Blend of clinic and OR days.
• Call is shared among the team.
• EMR: Cerner.
