Position Title: Upper Extremities Sales Associate

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and contribute to business growth in the territory. Responsibilities include case coverage, marketing, building sets, managing inventory, and converting customers to Stryker.

  • Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on product use and functionality.

  • Educate healthcare staff on product use, updates, and educational programs.

  • Work with sales teams to identify opportunities, provide customer service, and develop relationships.

  • Identify prospects' needs and develop responses in collaboration with Sales Reps.

  • After product training, tailor promotional messages, advise on product selection, and answer customer questions.

  • Perform field calls and assist in implementing sales plans and marketing strategies to meet targets.

  • Serve as backup contact for Sales Reps and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Assist in resolving account issues and managing inventory levels.

  • Support processing of Customer Purchase Orders and maintain sales skills and product knowledge.

  • Market products based on their features and industry trends. Participate in sales and professional meetings.

  • Adhere to compliance standards, including privacy, confidentiality, and ethical guidelines.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR

  • Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT) + at least 2 years of experience

  • High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional or related experience

  • 4+ years of active duty military service
