Job summary

Ashley’s Distribution Center is seeking a Product Technician to restore and refinishes furniture, operate a spray booth, and perform upholstery work as part of a fast-paced distribution center team. You will diagnose transit-related damage, execute repairs, and provide accurate reports during inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year furniture repair experience (upholstery, leather, wood refinishing).
• Clear, professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor surface corrections on case goods and tables.
• Refinish surfaces to match original finishes.
• Operate spray booth with safe setup and usage.
• Complete upholstery work including mechanism replacement.
• Inspect items to determine feasibility of restoration to like-new condition.
• Coach warehouse personnel on minor touch-up techniques during inspections.
