Thuma is seeking an Upholstery Finishing Technician to join its in-house finishing operation. You will fit tailored slipcovers to furniture frames, finish cushions, photograph completed units, and package them for outbound shipment.
This on-site role reports to the Upholstery Finishing Supervisor, follows an SOP, and requires standing for long shifts and lifting up to 139 lbs with team lifts. Normal hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm local time.
The Upholstery Finishing Technician is the craft engine of Thuma's in-house upholstery finishing operation. We fit tailored upholstered slipcovers to furniture frames on demand to complete customer orders. This includes fitting slipcovers to the frame, seating cushions to spec, photographing finished units, and packaging them for outbound shipment. It is precise, physical, hands-on work for someone who loves producing high-quality results.
This role will report to the Upholstery Finishing Supervisor and work to a documented SOP, with a completion photo and quality check on every unit. This is an on-site role, Monday through Friday, roughly 8am to 5pm local time.

$32.50 - $40 an hour
