Lippert is seeking an experienced Upholsterer for our New Paris, IN facility. You will work on furniture upholstery, fabric fitting, and related finishing tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The role requires 6 months to a year of upholstery experience, with a preference for manufacturing/industrial experience. This full-time, on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits. Local travel is minimal.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee may have to lift and/or move items between 5 and 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This is a full-time salary position, and hours of work and days are decided by production and your reporting General Manager.
Travel would be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day.
Minimum 6 months to a year upholstery experience
