Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking an Upfit Technician to perform quality upfit installations of truck accessories and service repairs on various truck bodies. You will work in a service shop environment, installing lift gates, shelving, tool boxes, lighting, and other components according to detailed work orders and drawings.

This regular, hourly, non-exempt position offers $22.00–$28.00 per hour and a benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, and educational

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a service shop environment preferred.
• Experience with vehicle mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics and basic fabrication.
• PTO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install truck accessories and perform service repairs on various truck bodies with quality and consistency.
• Complete custom service repairs and read detailed work orders, drawings and blueprints.
• Document causes and corrections for all repairs and fabricate mounting brackets.
