Job summary

Torero Logistics Corp (TLC) in San Francisco is hiring a Customer Delivery Associate to join our parcel delivery team. The role offers an $26 base hourly pay, an opportunity to earn up to $3.13 extra per hour through performance bonuses, and a discretionary $1000 signing bonus paid across initial months of employment.

Shifts run about 8–9 hours, with weekend work required and paid training provided. We provide a new van, gas and insurance, health benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required).
• No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record).
• Pass Pre-employment drug test (4Panel Drug Test).
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.

JOB DETAILS

• $26base hourly pay depending on experience and schedule.
  
• Shift will be approx. 8-9 hours from 9:15a to 6:00/7:00p.
  
• Opportunity to earn from$0.50 to $3.13extra per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.
  
• Bonus of $1000paid out over your initial months ofemployment (must have no call outs each month to be eligible for this discretionary bonus and have at least 5 shifts per week).
  
• Quarterly retention bonus that increases each quarter with tenure.
