American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Westport, CT is seeking a part-time Sales Leader to support the store management team by performing the Leader on Duty responsibilities, creating a Customer First selling culture, and helping achieve store sales goals.
As a member of the management team, you will coach and develop associates, maintain brand standards, execute visual merchandizing and daily operations, and ensure loss-prevention practices while delivering a positive customer experience.
The part‑time Sales Leader supports the store management team by effectively performing the responsibilities of an LOD. They create a selling culture, enhance the customer’s experience, and achieve the store sales goals. As a member of management, the Sales Leader is responsible for the daily operation of the store and is expected to role‑model Unsubscribed values and Customer First behaviors to create a positive experience.
