Job summary

AOA is seeking an Associate Visualization Designer to create compelling visual content and cinematic presentations for themed entertainment projects using Unreal Engine. You will translate design intent into polished scenes, images, animations, and rendered sequences that communicate ideas clearly and emotionally.

The ideal candidate brings a strong artistic eye and passion for high-quality visuals, capable of working across photorealistic, artistic, and stylized styles, and able to build assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visualization, Animation, Game Art, Digital Arts, Environmental Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of Unreal Engine visualization experience and cinematic content creation.
• Strong ability to translate design direction into cinematic visuals.
• Experience creating polished scenes and presentation-driven media for design communication or storytelling.
• Ability to work across visual styles from photorealistic to artistic or stylized.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality environments, scenes, and visual presentations in Unreal Engine.
• Develop stills, animated sequences, flythroughs, and cinematic renderings that clearly communicate design intent.
• Translate design direction into lighting, mood, composition, camera work, and scene development.
• Build scenes across photorealistic, artistic, and stylized looks.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and project teams to support concept development and presentation goals.
• Refine materials, assets, lighting, atmosphere, and environmental details to elevate quality.
• Create content for pre-rendered output while considering optimization and asset organization for downstream use.
• Help organize files, scenes, and assets to support team collaboration and project continuity.
• Support revisions, design iterations, and presentation updates throughout a project.
• Contribute to a collaborative, creative, and solutions-oriented studio culture.
