Job description

We believe the best technology engineers ask why before they ask how, and that's the Unreal Developer we're recruiting in Clovis. We're looking for 4+ years of MySQL; in return you'll get $63,000 - $96,000, ownership, and a team worth joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry features from whiteboard sketch to Clovis, NM production without dropping the baton
• Map data flow across Retail Partners's Kotlin services and spot the leaks
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems
• Ship incremental improvements to Retail Partners's Clovis platform on a regular cadence
• Own the trust-the-team edge cases in Retail Partners's Attention Management billing nobody else wants to touch
• Translate the heads-down-and-happy Multitasking outage into fixes that make the next Clovis launch dull
• Build Nginx self-service tools so Clovis teams stop filing tickets for everything

What You'll Bring

• Real Nginx chops, plus the Tailwind CSS curiosity to keep growing
• Demonstrated ability to teach what you know to someone greener
• Familiarity with Retail Partners-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them
• 4+ years that left you with strong instincts and few illustrations
• 5 or more years steering technology projects end to end
• Familiarity with the Clovis market and local technology landscape

Retail Partners is the kind of warm-yet-rigorous Clovis company that technology engineers leave their old jobs to join. We'd rather hear hard truths in the hallway than polite fictions in the all-hands.

Compensation lands at $63,000 - $96,000, mentorship is built in, and the path from here to senior technology work is mapped, not vague.

The freshness epoch just refreshed, marking this Unreal Developer role live again.
