Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Clinician Unlicensed to provide mental health support to members and their families within the program, coordinating services and collaborating with external agencies. This role requires CA BBS registration and a Master’s in Social Sciences, plus one year of direct service experience with mentally ill individuals.

A valid driver's license and willingness to use your personal vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences and in current status.
• Master's Degree in Social Sciences required or equivalent.
• One year direct service experience with mentally ill individuals.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Clinician Unlicensed provides mental health support services to members served and their families at the program. The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team. This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as, the Conservator's Office, Public Guardian's Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | AM | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $71,760.00 - $84,024.91. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences: Must have ASW, AMFT, or APCC. Must be valid and current.
• A Master's Degree in Social Sciences
• One (1) year direct service experience with mentally ill individuals
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.

Agewise's Strengths-Based Case Management is a consumer-driven and highly collaborative program. Teams work with members to identify needs and build a treatment plan that is collaborative and comprehensive. The goal is to assist people living in the community and ensure members are linked to housing, medical care, psychiatric care and natural supports. Agewise's Institutional Case Management (ICM) serves members who are conserved and placed in a long-term care facility. The program provides members with support in obtaining and maintaining benefits, care coordination, discharge planning, and advocacy. Members are assessed to ensure that they are placed in the least restrictive environment possible.
