Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Unix/Linux Administrator to support a federal government program focused on enterprise infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, and mission-critical application support. This hybrid role is based in the Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining RHEL/Oracle Linux, performing monitoring and patch management, and supporting automation and deployment initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong expertise with RHEL, Oracle Linux, virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), Git, and shell scripting (Bash, Python).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; must meet DoD IAT Level II certification requirements (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GSEC, SSCP, or equivalent).

Compensation for the Unix/Linux Administrator include:

Salary Range: $105,000 - $113,000 depending on experience
