UNIX (1) Linux (2), Basic OS administration, compliance/security/patching/audit/antivirus, automation/scripting, incident/problem/change management,
- 1) Installation, upgrade, configuration, and support of AIX V6.x x7.x operating system software.
- 2) Installation and support of IBM LPAR and VIO configuration software.
- 3) Installation, configuration, and support of third party software products.
- 4) Installation, configuration, and support of firmware/driver software.
- 5) Installation, configuration, and support of IBM HACMP software.
- 6) Installation, configuration, and support of IBM NIM software.
- 7) Will not be required to define Zoning/LUNs but must understand the environment.
- 8) Provide technical support to identify and resolve complex problems related to product/service installation, update, configuration, operations and performance.
- 9) Experience with IBM Virtual Partitioning a plus.
- 10) Must be able to work independently when given assignments.
