  • Work closely with Booz Allen quantum research staff to understand customer needs and provide direct software development support.
  • Apply your expertise in software engineering or computer science for problem-solving, design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge quantum systems.

You Have:

  • Knowledge of Agile develop ment environments, tools, and met hodologies
  • Knowledge of an object-oriented language, including Java, C++, C#, Rus torPython
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’sdegree by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience performing research in quantum mechanics and the quantum effects that enable quantum computing, quantum sensing, or quantum networking
  • Knowledge of quantum computing hardware, control electronics, and environmental control requirements
  • Possession of excellent collaboration skills across different technical backgrounds
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills , to communicate complex concepts

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
