Job summary

Everpure is seeking a University Recruiter to attract and hire top student talent from campus programs in Santa Clara, CA. You will manage the full candidate lifecycle for internships and new graduates, building relationships with universities and driving onboarding initiatives.

You will partner with Talent Brand to design engaging campus branding and events, and coordinate onboarding and learning experiences to support early career success.

The Role

As a University Recruiter at Everpure, you will discover, attract and hire top-tier student talent while helping shape the end-to-end Early Career experience. Collaborating with cross-functional team members, Talent Brand and business leaders, you will own a portfolio of campus relationships and co-design impactful programming—including onboarding, workshops, and development initiatives that help interns and new graduates thrive from day one. This role directly accelerates our pipeline of future innovators by delivering a welcoming, high-touch and inclusive journey for emerging talent.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the End-to-End Candidate Lifecycle: Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical and business internships and new graduate roles, ensuring an exceptional, supportive and transparent candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Build & Champion Everpure’s Brand on Campus: Represent Everpure at career fairs, info sessions, and branding events across key target universities, building strong connections with academic departments, student organizations, and candidate networks.
• Co-Design & Facilitate Early Career Programs: Partner across the team to deliver impactful onboarding activities, orientation sessions, learning experiences, and feedback programs that elevate the intern and new graduate journey.
• Partner with Talent Brand for Creative Engagement: Collaborate with Talent Brand to design creative campus branding and candidate engagement initiatives that highlight our culture and strengthen Everpure’s Early Career community.
• Advise Leaders & Maintain Pipeline Health: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership on candidate calibration and pipeline health, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems to maintain precise data integrity for actionable hiring metrics.

What You’ll Bring

• Recruiting & Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle talent acquisition, utilizing sourcing platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems to build, qualify, and manage active talent pipelines.
• Program & Event Facilitation Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the confidence to design and lead engaging workshops, orientation sessions, and recruiting presentations across diverse audiences.
• Stakeholder & Candidate Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for building trusted relationships across business leaders, cross-functional partners, and candidates to deliver an outstanding early career journey.
• Agile Event Logistics & Seasonal Travel: Outstanding organizational skills to manage concurrent recruiting cycles and event execution in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to travel regionally (10–20% seasonally) for on-campus engagement.

Workplace Environment Flexibility: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The Annual Base Salary Range Is

$94,000—$117,000 USD
