Park Gardens Senior Living & Sterling Park Commons, a 110-bed Assisted Living Facility in Waite Park, MN, is seeking a Universal Worker to join our team. This essential healthcare role provides foundational care and supports residents to maintain independence.

We offer FT/PT openings with every other weekend. Starting pay up to $24.00/hour depending on experience and shift; CNA certification is preferred but not required. Join a team focused on compassionate, person-centered care.

Park Gardens Senior Living & Sterling Park Commons, a 110-bed Assisted Living Facility (AL), located in Waite Park, MN, is seeking a Universal Worker to join our team. In this essential healthcare role, you provide foundational care and support to our residents.

CURRENT NEEDS: FT/PT openings with every other weekend. Starting Pay up to $24.00/hour depending on experience and shift.

CNA Certification preferred but not required.
