Job summary

PointBank in Pilot Point is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver friendly, efficient service, open and service accounts, and support daily branch operations. You’ll build relationships, promote products, and educate customers on fraud prevention while staying current with training and regulatory requirements.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with cash handling and customer service experience giving you a strong start.
