Job summary

The Portage County Business Council in Stevens Point, WI is assisting a banking client in hiring a full-time Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional service, process various transactions, and refer customers to the appropriate departments. Based at 5525 US Hwy 10 East, Stevens Point, this role supports call-center operations and back-ups other offices as needed.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience, a high school diploma or equivalent,
