Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Cash handling, sales, customer service. Previous banking experience preferred.
• Specific Knowledge: Good interpersonal skills, good computer skills, ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers quickly, accurately and confidentially according to bank standards.
• Know and explain the bank's products and services and benefits.
• Identify customer needs and seek to expand relationships with referrals.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and follow security procedures.
• Process teller transactions and service deposits/withdrawals per procedures.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle maintenance within limits.
