Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and handle stop payments, wire transfers, and other maintenance functions within limits.
• Explain policies and procedures to customers as needed.
• Resolve problems and complaints with courtesy and discretion, directing difficult issues to appropriate sources.
• Maintain awareness of security procedures and branch audit requirements.
• Assist in teller and back-up vault duties as needed and support accurate records.
