Qualifications

• Retail banking experience including ACH, wires, mobile deposits, and online banking is preferred.
• Compliant with bank confidentiality standards and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new and existing account inquiries and monetary transactions.
• Set up checking and savings accounts for customers, and process cash transactions.
• Troubleshoot online account and debit card issues; provide product and service recommendations.
• Cross-train on wire transactions and other duties as needed.
