Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Cash handling, sales, customer service. Previous banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge: Good interpersonal skills, good computer skills, ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Processes transactions for savings, checking, and loan accounts with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Open new deposit accounts and explain banking products and services.
• Handle stop payments, wire transfers, and maintenance work within assigned limits.
• Resolve customer issues with courtesy and escalation to appropriate sources.
• Upsell and refer customers to self-service tools and additional banking services.
• Maintain security, audit, and branch procedures to protect customers and staff.
