Job summary

Unknown Bank in Summerville is seeking a Universal Banker / Client Services Representative to join a busy branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, account servicing and help customers select banking products while delivering friendly service.

The role requires 1–2+ years in banking, experience as CSR or teller preferred, and strong accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Fiserv Navigator experience is a plus, with competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities in a collaborative community

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of recent banking experience required.
• Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Teller, or CSR experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Fiserv experience strongly preferred, including Navigator or Teller.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, account servicing, and other banking transactions accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Assist customers with banking products, services, and self-service tools.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer.
• Support daily branch operations and administrative needs.
• Identify potential fraud and follow established banking policies and procedures.
• Work closely with branch leadership and teammates in a fast-paced environment.
