The Universal Banker at SouthState Bank in Coppell, TX combines teller duties with financial services. You’ll serve customers, open accounts, and guide product selections while upholding bank standards. Balance transactions, process deposits, and enroll customers in self-service options with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

This on-site role supports community banking and growth opportunities. Prior banking experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Formación

• Cash handling, sales, and customer service experience expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Knowledge of banking products and regulatory basics is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers quickly and accurately as a teller and FSR.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle related maintenance tasks within limits.
• Process transactions for savings/checking and balance daily.
• Promote bank products and refer customers for additional services.
• Maintain security, accuracy, and proper workflow in the branch.
