Job summary

Bank Five Nine (Community Bank) seeks a Universal Banker to build relationships with customers, provide sound banking advice, and help solve financial challenges in Southeast Wisconsin (Oconomowoc). You will process transactions, open accounts, educate customers on digital solutions, and refer clients to specialists to deepen partnerships.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school education and basic Windows keyboarding skills, with 1+ year of retail banking experience being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate in a Windows environment.
• 1+ year of retail banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process banking transactions.
• Help acquire new banking relationships and open new accounts.
• Retain and deepen relationships by identifying needs and offering financial solutions.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance.
• Educate customers on digital bank solutions to enhance safety and convenience.
• Refer customers to internal business partners (cash management, mortgage, wealth management).
