Job summary

Sunflower Bank is seeking a Universal Banker in San Diego, CA. This full-time role blends teller tasks, personal banking, and customer service to deliver retail banking products and services. You will process transactions, open accounts, and pursue new business opportunities with customers.

The position requires customer service and cash handling experience; banking background is a plus and training is provided. Expect 30–35 hours weekly with pay range based on knowledge and location.

The hourly rate for this position is $21.47 - $29.15 per hour depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.

This full-time position works 30-35 hours per week.

The Universal Banker is a combination of being a Teller, Personal Banker, and performing Customer Service. Our Universal Bankers play a crucial role in providing retail banking products and services to customers. In addition to performing a variety of tasks associated with processing customer transactions and requests, the Universal Banker will develop new business opportunities with current and potential customers.

Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.

The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds.
