Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a Universal Banker in Russell, KS! Bilingual (Spanish) preferred! Customer Service experience is a MUST Cash Handling experience is a MUST Bilingual (Spanish) preferred! Banking experience is a plus but not required- WILL TRAIN! Excellent Benefits, PTO, Incentive Pay, and company perks! This full‑time position works 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform full service banking with a primary focus on sales and service to new and existing customers within the branch, with the ability to perform cash transactions, open or update accounts, and provide information on other products and services.

Education / Experience Preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• An equivalent combination of education and experienced may meet qualifications
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience and location.

Working Conditions

The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
