C&N is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional service by processing transactions, opening accounts, and educating customers on digital banking solutions. You will build lasting relationships and support neighboring branches as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–1 year of related customer service, retail, cash handling, or banking experience preferred or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building relationships, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Process teller and account transactions accurately while supporting daily branch operations.
• Assist customers with opening consumer and business deposit accounts, enrolling in digital banking services, and utilizing C&N's technology solutions.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate C&N products and services, and refer customers to specialized banking partners when appropriate.
• Provide support and coverage for other branch locations within the region, which may require travel.

You will be responsible for:

• Customer Relationships & Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building relationships, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Branch Operations: Process a variety of teller and account transactions accurately while supporting the daily operational needs of the branch.
• Account Opening & Customer Education: Assist customers with opening consumer and business deposit accounts, enrolling in digital banking services, and utilizing C&N's technology solutions.
• Sales & Referrals: Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate C&N products and services, and refer customers to specialized banking partners when appropriate.
• Regional Branch Support: Provide support and coverage for other branch locations as needed, which may require travel within the region.

Requirements:

You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and less than 1 year of related customer service, retail, cash handling, or banking experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
