Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. in Albuquerque is seeking a Universal Banker to combine teller, personal banker, and customer service duties. You will support retail banking, process transactions, open and update accounts, and develop new business opportunities with customers.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accuracy, and the ability to meet sales goals. Prior customer service or cash handling experience is required; banking experience is a plus and training is provided.

Description:

The Universal Banker is a combination of being a Teller, Personal Banker, and performing Customer Service. Our Universal Bankers plays a crucial role in providing retail banking products and services to customers. In addition to performing a variety of tasks associated with processing customer transactions and requests, the Universal Banker will develop new business opportunities with current and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

Education / Experience Preferred:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• An equivalent combination of education and experienced may meet qualifications.

Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience and location.

Working Conditions

The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
