Job Description Summary The Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences is seeking a candidate to fill their part‑time Study Therapist position within the Addiction Sciences Division. This position is for a Masters level clinical or counseling psychologist (MA), Licensed Social Worker (LISW), or Professional Counselor (LPC). The individual will contribute approximately 20 hours per hours per week and will work in a team environment on clinical trials that use manualized, evidence-based cognitive-behavioral interventions to treat adults (civilians, dyads and veterans), with alcohol use disorders and trauma/PTSD. In this capacity, the candidate will provide evidence‑based individual or dyadic therapy to research participants per protocol (ex: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). The candidate will also be responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, participating in clinical and administrative meetings, and completing related documentation in collaboration with the research team. The candidate will receive training in the protocol(s) and weekly supervision and will report to the Principal Investigator.
