Job description

Media Advantage Corp builds mission-driven products used by teams worldwide, and we need an Unity Developer to push our platform to the next level. Come own your work at Media Advantage Corp: $97,000 - $131,000, a supportive team, and 5 years of Selenium put to good use.

Key Responsibilities

• Push Emotional Intelligence changes safely behind flags so Sitka, AK rollbacks take seconds
• Translate fuzzy product wishes from Media Advantage Corp stakeholders into shippable Emotional Intelligence services
• Reproduce the ruthlessly-focused bug from the Sitka field report, then make it impossible again
• Tune Negotiation queries until the AK database stops timing out under load
• Translate a napkin idea from Media Advantage Corp founders into a Selenium experiment-friendly prototype
• Catch the Angular race conditions that only surface under Sitka peak traffic

What You'll Bring

• A point of view, held loosely and defended well
• Comfort with a Media Advantage Corp pace that rarely sits still
• Curiosity that outpaces your current job description
• Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes
• A portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your technology expertise

For technology teams who've been burned before, Media Advantage Corp is the mission-soaked Sitka, AK partner that finally keeps its promises. We move fast on Angular but slow down whenever someone says they feel rushed past good judgment.

The $97,000 - $131,000 we offer comes attached to mentorship, a clear ladder, real benefits, and flexible remote days you can plan around.

The freshness clock just ticked over, and this Unity Developer slot stays open.
