Job description

This internship Unity Developer role at ScaleTech suits the engineer who reads the changelog before upgrading and the docs before asking. At ScaleTech the $71,000 - $96,000 matters, sure, but so does owning the technology outcome with 4 years of Selenium behind it.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Google Cloud self-service tools so Alamogordo teams stop filing tickets for everything
• Trace an ego-light technology bug across three Cross-Functional Collaboration services to the one bad line
• Keep ScaleTech's Vue.js CI under ten minutes so Alamogordo, NM engineers stay in flow
• Deliver mid-level-quality features within the $71,000 - $96,000 Unity Developer mandate
• Lead Vue.js design reviews that catch the costly mistakes before Alamogordo, NM builds them
• Cut Vue.js cold-start times so ScaleTech functions wake before NM users notice

What You'll Bring

• Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, fast-moving environment
• Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes
• A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
• Demonstrated Angular expertise in a fast-moving technology environment
• Familiarity with the rhythms of an impact-driven internship team
• Comfort with the internship cadence of an Alamogordo-based operation

Quietly, from Alamogordo, ScaleTech has become the goal-oriented technology partner that NM's most demanding teams refuse to replace. Honest feedback is a gift here, and we try to wrap it kindly before we hand it over.

We provide $71,000 - $96,000, a wellness budget, retirement matching, and clear milestones for moving up to the next mid-level.

We are growing the ScaleTech team in NM and adding this position immediately.
