Pratt Industries in Beloit, WI is seeking a Unitizer Operator for the 2nd shift. You will operate, set up, and clean the unitizer and related equipment, stacking, banding, and wrapping finished boxes for shipment to customers.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow instructions.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Able to apply concepts of high school math.
• Ability to interpret and apply written instructions and safe operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the unitizer and related equipment, including setup, operation and cleanup.
• Stack, band, and wrap finished products into stable units for shipping.
• Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a clean, organized work area.

What Our Unitizer Operators Do…

They are responsible for all activities associated with operating the unitizer and corresponding equipment, including setup, operation and cleanup. A Unitizer Operator operates machinery that stacks, bands, and wraps finished products – corrugated boxes – into stable units for shipping to our customers. Think boxes for Domino’s pizzas, moving with Home Depot, Amazon deliveries, Hello Fresh meals, and more!
