Job summary

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to support policyholders, claimants, agents and colleagues. You will enter documents accurately, interpret instructions, and maintain policy files in a structured way.

After initial in-person training, this role may offer a merit-based work‑from‑home option up to two days per week, emphasizing reliable communication and timely reporting within the department.
