Confluence Health in Washington state is seeking to support physician and nursing staff by handling phone coverage, scheduling, patient flow and related paperwork and electronic workflows, ensuring efficient and pleasant patient care. The role reports to Unit Clinical Manager/Director.
Essential duties include answering calls, scheduling, admitting/discharging, and maintaining knowledge of workflows, while adhering to policies and CPR certification requirements.

To assist the physician and nursing staff with the management of phone coverage, making appointments, patient flow and general paperwork and electronic workflows so that quality patient care can be provided as efficiently and pleasantly as possible. Accurately and concisely processes and communicates information to ensure accuracy and that patient needs are met.
