JOB TITLE:Unit Secretary

REPORTS TO:Manager/Director of Medical/Surgical Inpatient Services

POSITION SUMMARY: Performs primarily clerical and reception duties that ensure interdepartmental communication and integrity of departmental records. Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or equivalent preferred with some knowledge and/or experience in the medical field preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: BLS and a certificate of completion for a medical terminology course is preferred.
