Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Nurse Assistant for Labor and Delivery South in Springfield, MO. The role supports clinical and clerical duties, coordinates charts, prepares rooms, and assists with patient care under RN supervision.

Has a High School Diploma or equivalent; Nurse Assistant experience is preferred. Night shifts, 36 hours per week, onsite at CoxHealth South. Benefits include medical, vision, dental and retirement with employer match.

Job Description

Has a basic working knowledge of all unit functions and is responsible for performing clerical duties and maintaining and organizing all necessary equipment and supplies. Duties may include scheduling appointments, charging, compiling and copying medical charts, reports, and other duties as assigned.

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience

• Preferred: Previous Nurse Assistant experience
