Select Specialty/Regency Hospitals is seeking a compassionate Unit Secretary to support busy patient care units. You will perform clerical tasks, transcribe orders, file reports, and coordinate transportation for tests to ensure smooth patient flow.
The role requires attention to detail, strong medical terminology knowledge, and effective communication with nurses and physicians in a dynamic hospital setting. Day and night shifts are available at our Miami facility.

You will use independent judgment to provide clerical services to the patient care units, including correct transcription of orders, filing of all reports and arranging for transportation and follow-up/outside tests.
You are attentive to detail and organized, focused on being a customer-service oriented team member. You should have a strong knowledge of medical terminology, as you will be required to read and update patient charts.
