• Greet and guide patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, provide updates, and ensure they feel informed and supported.
• Maintain patient records accurately, enter physician orders, and protect patient information.
• Handle all communications between incoming calls and care team promptly and clearly to keep the unit connected.
• Keep the unit clean, organized, and well-stocked to promote safety and comfort.
• Take initiative to solve challenges, support daily operations, and foster respect and teamwork.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and guiding patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, offering updates, and ensuring they feel informed and supported
• Maintaining patient records accurately, entering physician orders, and protecting patient information
• Handling all communications between incoming calls and care team members promptly and clearly to keep the unit connected
• Keeping the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked to promote safety and comfort
• Taking initiative to solve challenges, support daily operations, and foster a culture of respect and teamwork

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED
