**Education and Experience Requirements:**High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months experience preferred.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*** Knowledge of paint types, colors, and application techniques.* Familiarity with different painting equipment and tools.* Strong attention to detail and quality of work.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Basic understanding of safety protocols and hazardous material handling.* Good communication skills.* Willingness to learn and adapt to new painting techniques and technologies.**Work Environment*** Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.* Ability to lift up to 50lbs.* Ability to work in manufacturing facilities and regularly be exposed to loud noises, dust and chemical fumes with varying and extreme temperatures.
