Job summary

Henderson Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Unit Manager RN/LPN to lead a dedicated nursing team at our Henderson, KY facility. You will supervise nursing staff, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality resident care in collaboration with physicians.

Requirements include a current State RN license with at least 2 years of related experience and good standing in the state registry. Shift is 8am–4:30pm; same-day pay available.

Qualifications

• Current State Registered Nurse license with a minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Good standing in the state registry required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing unit including scheduling and directing nursing staff.
• Coordinate use of personnel, supplies, equipment and facilities; obtain medications and medical records to provide safe, efficient and therapeutic care to residents.
• Contact physicians as necessary and ensure timely and appropriate interventions; ensure documentation of resident care.
• Review staffing patterns and census to meet residents' needs and budgetary controls.
• Investigate complaints and take necessary action to resolve problems.
• Responsible for total nursing care of residents in the assigned unit during the shift.
