Job summary

The Unit Manager at Creekside Village is responsible for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit. The role supervises licensed nurses and other nursing staff, ensuring care is delivered per nursing standards and regulatory requirements. On-call rotation is required to maintain 24/7 unit coverage.

The position emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and adherence to the C.A.R.E. values while managing the unit in line with company philosophy and state and federal rules.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.

The Unit Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit. The Unit Manager supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care. Manages unit in accordance with company philosophy, standards of professional nursing practices, and all federal and state laws and regulations.
