Oakhurst Health and Rehabilitation in Fork Union, VA is seeking a Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to lead a dedicated team and advocate for residents in a compassionate, family‑like environment.

You will guide your unit, mentor LPNs and CNAs, and collaborate with families and physicians to deliver consistent, high‑quality care. This is a full‑time on‑site role offering growth and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Virginia.
• 2+ years in long-term care/SNF with management experience a plus.
