Job summary

Signature HealthCARE LLC in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (LPN) to oversee the delivery of nursing care for a designated group of residents on a nursing unit. You will supervise CNAs and other staff, ensure resident needs are met, maintain compliance with care standards, and support a collaborative team focused on quality outcomes in a fast-paced SNF environment.

CPR certification and state licensure required; 1–3 years of supervisory nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing with current state board.
• 1–3 years of related nursing experience; supervisory preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of care to residents in a nursing unit.
• Support CNAs and staff to ensure quality nursing care.

How you Will make a difference

Our Unit Managers (LPN) are responsible for the supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Our Unit Managers ensure that the needs of our residents are being met while also supervising and supporting our Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse with current state license.
• One (1) to three (3) years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current / active CPR certification.
