Quarterly Pay Increase: All full-time Care Team Members will receive quarterly increases.

Double Pay on Holidays: All full-time and part-time Care Team Members will receive double time for all hours worked on a holiday.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of clinical operations, including supervising nursing staff and monitoring patient care.
  2. Supervise staff including charge nurses, nurse aides, and other clinical support personnel.
  3. Coordinate nursing team activities during shifts.
  4. Schedule and allocate staff based on availability and staffing needs.
  5. Ensure shift operations provide full coverage and support patient care.
  6. Supervise and direct clinical care team members.
  7. Diagnose and develop patient treatment plans.
  8. Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
  9. Communicate with physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
  10. Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  11. Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities.
  12. Maintain accurate patient medical records.

Qualifications:

  • RN / LPN in good standing.
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients.
